These tours are now carried out through Istoria Travel. Next year the first week will be our glamping version of the T.E. Lawrence/Arab Revolt tour. The second week will be the more energetic version, which sees us hiking and camping with the Bedouin in Wadi Rum.

Join us for a week in Jordan walking in the footsteps of T.E. Lawrence and soaking up the atmosphere in the friendliest spot in the Middle East.

We'll be spending about half of our time exploring Wadi Rum, which gets Alex's vote as the most beautiful spot on Earth. We'll spend a couple of days walking (this is a stroll, with lots of breaks and photo opps, not a trek) and we'll have our very own Bedouin camp. The guys will take care of humping all your stuff about, setting and breaking camp, and feeding you!
You can't go to Jordan without visiting Petra, and so the price of your tour also includes a night at Wadi Musa
and admission to one of the Seven Wonders of the World. It's a once in a lifetime experience, and a stunning site.
We'll also be exploring the Hejaz Railway and taking a look at some of the scenery that Lawrence would have met with on his travels.
The tour begins and ends in Aqaba, which is a vibrant little town on the Red Sea. We'll be visiting the fort, talking about the capture of the town and there will be some free time available and an opportunity to get out onto the water and go swimming.
Alex is your resident War Bore, she'll be there to talk you through the story of the Arab Revolt and T.E. Lawrence, the war in the Middle East and other such exciting subjects.
